The Chicago Tribune page lists Steve Chapman as columnist and links here, but this is about a different person. I believe there should be two pages, suitably disambiguated, since the columnist is nationally syndicated, see for example [1], and there is at least one other page that links here but refers to the columnist (Instauration, as Stephen Chapman which is apparently his birth name).
