Just wondering
[edit]Just wondering would anyone be against redirecting "storm shelter" here? Random.tomaters (talk) 04:18, 20 May 2008 (UTC) Never mind i did not notice that there were other closely related subjects. Random.tomaters (talk) 04:20, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
Proposal to move the article
[edit]Imo the article should be moved to storm shelter (currently a redirect here) as this is a more general term. For example, Aljaž Tower, one of the symbols of Slovenia, is properly described as a storm shelter, but linking the article to a cellar would be incorrect. --Eleassar my talk 12:01, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
- Agreed. Shelter is more appropriate than cellar - particularly since this article is not about cellars, making the point that shelters are not under a house! I also suggest that the article be rewritten to be less colloquial.203.184.41.226 (talk) 03:24, 2 August 2012 (UTC)
Zagorski Saferoom
[edit]I've removed a chunk of material in the Average Storm Shelter section pertaining to a "Zagorski Saferoom." Aside from reading choppily, it looks rather like a publicity piece. Even if it didn't, I'm not sure what a description of one purportedly revolutionary design would do for a section that describes an average shelter. Ourai тʃс 05:46, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
