This used to REDIRECT to Talk:Subversion (politics). That would seem to be a bad idea now that this page is talking about software. Mathiastck 21:31, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It seems that Taw (talk · contribs) recently moved Subversion to Subversion (politics), including the talk page, then moved Subversion (software) to Subversion but didn't move the talk page. So this remained as a redirect to the politics talk page. Because there's content here, I can't move the talk page (perhaps why Taw didn't move it either). Subvert Redirect

Why does Subvert redirect to Subversion? I don't see the connection at all. I would think Subversion (politics) would be more appropriate. It's definitely where _I_ intended to end up. 142.59.135.116 04:51, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, I personally think that the basic concept "subversion" should be here as it is by far the predominant usage of the term. So "subversion (politics)" should move to here ("subversion"), and this page should be moved to a "subversion (disambiguation)". "Subversion (software)" and other terms should stay where they are.
