some refs to try and work in.

Is the band part of the music department? Is there class credit or music dept requirements to participate?

history and traditions of the group? does it have any?

what sort of non-marching activities? (a few things are noted, basketball etc.) are there others? (e.g., alumni reunion parties, rivalry week stuff)
