Ownership[edit]

I am told that T7 is patented and requires a license for use in non-academic settings. Does anyone have more information on this? --Karuna8 (talk) 01:45, 2 December 2008 (UTC)

Image[edit]

There is a nice image of this already at wikimedia: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:T7_RNA_polymerase_at_work.png Can someone put it in the article?- I don't know how. --Karuna8 (talk) 01:47, 2 December 2008 (UTC)

Text Clarity[edit]

The following seems to leave the type of nucleoside labeling obscure: "Transcripts can be non-radioactively labeled to high specific activity with certain labeled nucleotides." Could there be a citation or quote or explanation added? Briancady413 (talk) 16:37, 14 October 2009 (UTC)
