And what's "The Drama Cds"? Bubble bunny

They're audio only scripts read by the voice actors and released on CDs, sometimes with songs sung by the voice actors as well. Basically it's an inexpensive way to sell side stories and such. -- Ned Scott 16:17, 27 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The whole Kari T.K. Epilouge thing

[edit]

i made a note that T.K. did likly marrey Kari and will now add that to Kari's page —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 65.211.83.82 (talk) 19:51, 7 February 2007 (UTC).[reply]

personly i think that there is a 100% chance that they married (at least 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999%) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.61.26.34 (talkcontribs).

It's never said, and it's not even hinted at, it's nothing more than fan speculation. -- Ned Scott 05:38, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
you, my freind, are either blind or have never actualy waced the show. it was shown, alot that they had something. did you even read Kari's page? she feels safe around him! that can say nothing more. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 65.211.83.82 (talk) 12:20, 9 February 2007 (UTC).[reply]
I never said they didn't have a "thing", only that it was never said that they were married. -- Ned Scott 12:54, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
O.K., but to tell you the truth it would be surprising if they didn't HHS.student
Whether or not it seems likely, it is still pure speculation. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.251.129.199 (talk) 23:32, 5 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

While I agree that the evendence is lacking, even though it seems to me to be self explained, there is a bit of (a little bit) of evedence that TK "liked" kari- one of his image songs, "focus". Image songs have not been translated, and they are not a part of american culture like they are in japan, so this may not even be canon, but even so...

Go here for a view..

http://www.freewebs.com/karikamiya/proof.htm I think the picture shows it, but also that they in the japanese version were thought to be married and the producer had thought that was, but "left it up to us" too to a degree.. I believe they are!! Tigerhawk —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.199.13.9 (talkcontribs)

That probably is the case, but on Wikipedia we try to avoid this kind of speculation (unless it's been published by certain types of sources). I think our best bet would be to try to find any interviews or articles written about the show, which are likely in Japanese. -- Ned Scott 06:07, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move

[edit]

Shouldn't it be T.K. Takaishi? They clearly confirmed in episode 1 that his name was spelled WITHOUT the space. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Aster Selene (talkcontribs) 23:50, 22 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Move to ?This is a fictional character. He should be named in accordance with the general naming policy. Naming conventions for actual people do not apply, per WP:NCP#Scope of this guideline. Generally, this means use whatever the most common way of referring to him is (WP:COMMONNAME), but be precise if needed to avoid ambiguity (WP:PRECISION). This is not necessarily his "official" in-universe name, although it may be. If he is generally referred to across all media as T.K. or T.K. Takaishi then T.K. Takaishi is the correct name for this article. From a quick Google, it seems to me there is a split between TK and T.K., so I would suggest TK Takaishi, as names without punctuation are preferred. However, T.K. Takaishi is much better than T. K. Takaishi. --Rogerb67 (talk) 22:58, 25 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Tagged for notability, unreferenced, in-universe style

[edit]

I tagged for the above. In particular, it's not clear to me that TK himself has had "topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" and thus has notability as a topic; notability is not inherited. As the article is unreferenced, this is currently hard to determine; there are no significant Google news, scholar or book hits. --Rogerb67 (talk) 23:15, 25 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

TK is the real main character of digimon as he is the only character to be part of the team for the whole two seasons.as he is the main character of a subject that has its own wikipedia project, the notability should not be in question.and yes, notability isnt inherted, but he is arguably more notable than his brother ,Matt. Also, merely citing a policy is not a valid argument for page deletion.-Delphi g —Preceding unsigned comment added by Delphi g (talkcontribs) 20:33, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have no reason to doubt what you say, although being there all through doesn't really make someone the main character. However, notability is determined by whether a topic has significant coverage in third-party reliable sources. This is what needs demonstrating. --Rogerb67 (talk) 23:48, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

hmmmm, you drive a hard argument.I like that!I see the article is no longer tagged for possible deletion. So, by third party,do you mean fan sites and info websites?-Delphi g —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.70.77.235 (talk) 23:37, 31 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
