Translation of kolboynik

"Note that the translation given here is more correct than the term leftovers given there." Nope, that's wrong. Technically, kolbojnik means "one who knows all". However, Tal R is using the expression in a special meaning that would only be known to people living in a Kibbuz, where kolboynik would refer to a big bin where everybody would put the leftovers. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 84.169.71.78 (talkcontribs).
