Cleanup needed

This could use some cleanup: Context and introduction for non-experts, title (why not "Targeted mass spectrometry"?), copy & paste (last sentence of second paragraph). The software problems described in the second half seem to be specific to a particular machine, undue weight? Maybe some more categories? Other WikiProjects might also be relevant, I didn't dig too much into the topic, hope this notifies someone more knowledgeable in the field. — HHHIPPO 21:34, 17 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
