UKAirports template

[edit]

I removed the UKAirports box (again) because the template is really meant for airports rather than airfields. There has been a discussion about this on the talk page - Template_talk:UKAirports. Feel free to add to that discussion if you think I am wrong. --Cheesy Mike 12:57, 21 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Position

[edit]

Having recently flown into Tattenhill, the position given by Pooley's Flight Guide stuck in my mind - 5 nm west of Burton. Checked, and yes, I was right, so I altered it. However, subsequently checking with the AIP and measuring on the aviation chart shows 4nm to be right, so I have reverted. Emeraude 14:22, 25 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Airfield Elevation

[edit]

This has recently been revised in the AIP from 450 feet to 439 and so I've modified this item. The nearest whole number of metres is now 133
