This is a good article, I think it is definitely notable.

During the first paragraph of the "Building" section, the word "wide" is used twice in the sentence "76 feet wide by 80 feet wide," you might want to change a "wide" to "long."

Mr. Clausen recommended that we use five to six sources, you may want to look into finding a couple more sources.

I like how well the interior is described.

You may want to consider expanding on the statement, "The structural and historical integrity of the building has been preserved." That could unearth some more potentially interesting information, and possibly further the clarity.

I bet that you could add links to some of the people who have performed at the opera house. I imagine that John Dillon and other notable performers have Wikipedia pages. Same with Monte Crisco and Uncle Tom's Cabin.

Overall a solid article! I think the historical notability is awesome!

I would suggest expanding some of the subsections in the significance section or removing the subheadings and combining the information.
