Film vs. Miniseries

This production is properly a miniseries, not a film or a TV film. The existing article itself says, "The film was a four-hour series," and the sidebar mentions 4 episodes. Therefore, miniseries. So, does anyone agree with me that the write-up should be changed to use the term "mini-series" instead of "film"? Does WikiPedia make that distinction? It does with "North and South," both original and remake of "Roots," and others. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:306:3764:F4B0:F1A0:8D9B:10C0:2057 (talk) 22:29, 4 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This is absolutely the first miniseries in the modern sense. TV Guide’s Fall Preview issue that year (9/8/73) described it as a “miniseries of 4 one-hour dramas.” 108.20.114.62 (talk) 03:29, 8 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
