Similar plot

The 1969 movie The Best House in London has a very similar plot. But instead of cowboys, it's an English Victorian reformer who inherits a "house of ill-repute" from an uncle; however, it's cousin who wants to run it.

Given the plot similarity, should The Best House in London be mentioned?
