This depends on whether "The" is part of a name "The Beatles": "The Chipmunks sing 'The Beatles' hits" or "The Chipmunks sing the 'Beatles hits'". Anthony Appleyard (talk) 23:03, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Support. We capitalize the definite article if it's a part of the band's name. So we use "The Beatles" and "The Who", but "the Red Hot Chili Peppers". See WikiProject The Beatles and the article, for example. Jafeluv (talk) 13:46, 13 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
