Softcore[edit]

This film (which I have seen, poor me) is definitely softcore. The stories about the hardcore scenes having been edited out in order to cash on Stallone's fame do not make sense, and have only been reported by a handful of websites. If the filmmakers had had in their possession an actual hardcore film with an established Hollywood star, they definitely wouldn't have edited out the hardcore scenes. Especially as the film's packaging advertised (wrongly) it as hardcore, so it does not make sense to cut out the hardcore scenes in a film to make it softcore, then advertise it as hardcore again. Moreover, every single website selling the movie advertises it as softcore. No mention anywhere about an uncut, hardcore version (and I am sure this footage would be worth millions if it actually existed, so we'd have heard about it).Wedineinheck (talk) 21:50, 27 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I've seen it, and it sucks. I wouldn't class it as "hardcore" porn either. Penetration scenes looks fake. The only reason people care about this is because of who is the lead stud. No pun intended. PeterMan844 (talk) 15:48, 16 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This is not his first film![edit]

He was in Downhill Racer in 1969 as an extra in a restaurant sitting near Camilla Sparv.PeterMan844 (talk) 18:10, 4 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Was he credited? †Dismas†|(talk) 18:17, 4 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

No. He was just an extra. But I like to think his 10 second (?) appearance in that film was miles better than this piece of movie junk.PeterMan844 (talk) 20:43, 4 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Title/Release[edit]

Although some sources (including Stallone himself) have claimed this film was never released until after his success in Rocky, I have found several contemporary newspaper ads that disprove this. The film was screened in Florida and Pennsylvania in 1970, New Mexico in 1971, and Tennessee in 1972. The ads give the film's full title as The Party at Kitty and Stud's Place. --Muzilon (talk) 10:00, 18 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
