Reverted copy/paste explanation[edit]

User:Amoquay: I'm reverting your changes because you apparently just copy-pasted a lot of text from the school's website. Generally, this is discouraged (see WP:COPYPASTE, WP:DCP for more explanation). In regards to adding press release material to a wikipedia article, WP:NPOV is also relevant to understanding why this is not common practice. I would encourage you to familiarize yourself with wikipedia best practices for using primary sources (see WP:PRIMARY), citing sources (WP:CITE) as well as the wikipedia manual of style (WP:MOS and WP:BETTER). Also, if you yourself are associated with the topic of the article, which your contribution history might suggest, please understand wikipedia's conflict of interest policy. If you have a conflict of interest, there are certain guidelines you need to follow so your edits are not reverted and to not be at risk of being banned. A good place to start learning about this is WP:PSCOI. Prova MO (talk) 00:44, 7 March 2020 (UTC)
