Would it be possible for someone to make charts for all these seasons so its organized and neat?

It's sloppy and confusing to have just one of the nine seasons in this different format. So either convert all 9 seasons to the chart or them leave the all as a straight list. Here's the chart someone created for season 8. Either make 8 more or just leave it here.
