Frankenlies.com

[edit]

Frankenlies.com is an extremely poor, unreasonable source. http://frankenlies.blogspot.com/ If this were anything but Wikipedia, I wouldn't hesitate to remove it entirely. Lucidish 00:27, 13 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Its not an unreasonable source at all. It is the aforementioned blog that is unreasonable. The left continues to cite this outdated link, which frankenlies.com has already debunked, thoroughly, right here: http://frankenlies.com/lies/blogger.htm

Foreword

[edit]

So who wrote the forward to the book?

 My guess is John Kerry. Just a guess. 66.19.77.51 04:21, 9 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV

[edit]

This article is clearly biased towards Franken. Elephantmaster 02:01, 9 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Franken as Secular Prophet

[edit]

The epilogue is written as a letter to his Grandchildren, Barack, Hillary, and Joe III. Considering that, as of today, these are the names of the top three people in the American Government's Executive Branch, perhaps Franken's prediction list should reflect this? 71.233.230.223 (talk) 04:55, 23 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Resolved?

[edit]

Why does the article state "Franken runs for senate in Minnesota in 2008 and wins. Franken does go on to run for senate against incumbent senator Norm Coleman (R-MN), and after a prolonged legal battle and recount process, the election was resolved in Franken's favor on June 30, 2009."

It was determined that he won. IMO, "resolved" reads as though he took the election by some means other than by garnering more votes than Coleman. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.80.2.132 (talk) 02:05, 12 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
