I have changed the distance from Fenchruch Street Station from 22m 45ch to 22m 46ch and given the reference for this. I was not intending to make any change but the reference given for 22m45ch (http://www.railwaycodes.org.uk/elrs/_mileages/T/TIR.txt) is a broken link.
