Hi, I'm new to Wikipedia so am still learning the ins and outs. Regarding the Timothy Ley article, I have since resolved copyright and notability issues by rewriting and adding more references. Please notify me if there are further issues. If there are no further objections I plan to remove the AfD, close paraphrase, notability and ref improve tags.
