I'm sure "Wearing and Tearing" was played on the first date[edit]

I was at the Westfalenhalle in Dortmund and I'd swear they opened with Wearing and Tearing, to general bemusement. No one had heard the track before (it popped up later on Coda), and is a (brilliantly) messy wall of sound, so its abrupt ending left the audience stunned and silent.

Trouble is, I have no way of substantiating this claim, unless someone else can confirm. If it wasn't W&T, then what DID they open with on 17th June 1980? Roger-england (talk) 14:50, 8 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There are bootlegs of that show on Youtube that start before the show begins, and they open with "Train". But it's a pretty loose interpretation of "Train". -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 11:06, 8 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
