This reads like a puff piece written by the architects. The building is incredibly controversial and has been the subject of an international campaign against it. UNESCO has now come out in opposition to this building. Please rewrite to recognise this. 46.65.220.146 (talk) 13:32, 4 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

There are references to assorted planned start dates in different sources, but I could not find anything that states that it has actually started. We need a photograph of the building site at least.
