earliest occurrence?

Is the Speculum Virginum the original source of this? The ms. shown here is c. 1200, but I think this example still dates to the 12th. I would be interested in other early examples, especially to compare variants (as the seven virtues/vices in the early tree diagrams do not seem to correspond exactly to the classical "seven virtues" and "seven vices".

for the vices:

  • luxuria, gula ventris ingluvies, avaritia, acedia tristicia, ira, invidia , superbia vana gloria (with superbia as the "super vice" at the root of them all)

for the virtues, there is even less correspondence, industria and humanitas do not even appear as sub-vices:

  • castitas fides, temperantia, caritas, industria, patientia spes, humanitas humilitas fortitudo, iusticia, prudentia (with humilitas as the super-virtue at the root)
