Opening heading[edit]

This page will discuss the legislation behind Tribal-State compacts as designed under the IGRA. The page will contain developments since the passage of the original act and a discussion of the basic power balance between federal, state, and tribal governments. This page is being worked on by a group of students at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.--Kbraz (talk) 20:28, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
