Business tab

[edit]

Is there anyway to make the "Business" sign "attach" better to the "223" sign? Example:
Bus. US 223 (Maumee St.) If you can do it, thank you! Threeowls (talk) 00:47, 5 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Just for reference,

US 223 Bus. (Maumee St.) This markup only works with certain states. Cards84664 (talk) 01:02, 5 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Threeowls: no. The {{jct}} template displays the banner plate(s), inserts a line break and then runs the markers and the rest of the text after it. Unless we come up with another way to display it, there's always the possibility that they'll end up detached. Since {{jct}} should only be used at the start of a new line, this is rarely an issue. Also, per MOS:ICON, we should never be displaying marker graphics in running text anyway, confining them to just the junction list in an infobox or the destinations column of a junction list. Imzadi 1979  01:13, 5 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, Imzadi, for responding so promptly! I looked around, and Business route 6 does the same thing. I'll quit worrying about it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Threeowls (talkcontribs) 01:47, 5 April 2016‎ (UTC)[reply]
