Notability Issue with UK International Salsa Congress

This article has only two references. One is the YouTube channel of The Latin Connection that has 464 Subscribers, and Second reference is of the same organization website. Even the organization "The Latin Connection" itself is not notable, and their website or YouTube channel also can't stand as notable.
