Nice work Paddy. Thanks for contributing this. Pcb21 Pete 16:07, 11 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I think this points to the wrong Coryton, Cardiff rather than Canvey Island.

OK, I changed the link to point to Coryton Refinery (which, however, doesn't exist yet). --David Edgar 17:46, 20 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Avonmouth and Severnside

[edit]

These are geographically very close areas and are both industrial. Is it possible that Avonmouth -> Fawley is the same as Fawley -> Severnside? 194.66.93.27 (talk) 10:13, 8 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Page name

[edit]

Why is the page named "UK oil pipeline network"? It's about UKOP. So wouldn't it be better to move it to United Kingdom Oil Pipeline or UK Oil Pipeline? A google check indicates that the phrase "UK oil pipeline network" is not commonly used except in this article and its derivatives. --David Edgar 16:33, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Map

[edit]

Can anyone explain what the map on the right hand side is supposed to show. Does the UK oil pipeline network not include the CLH system, or is this entry just rather out of date. As I understand Buncefield is just petroleum storage (no refinery) so the CLH network must be there. If the map is accurate and just that lines are very thin, would it be possible to widen (and name) them? With current (October 2021) fuel distribution problems this entry is likely to become popular (the reason why I'm here!) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.152.201.79 (talk) 08:20, 2 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
