Afc submission

[edit]

High schools are generally considered notable. This one is historic and was the first school and then high school for African Americans in that area. It still exists as a Middle School. And it is indeed covered quite substantially in the cited sources with this information and more. FloridaArmy (talk) 16:16, 12 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

    • @ FloridaArmy, Multiple state championships, 7 NFL players, has existed for 100 years (and high schools have by consensus almost always gotten an article). Even in the state the article was in at time of submission, it should have been accepted, and there are tons of references in multiple newspapers before even resorting to archived sources. But I should stop whining, the article is in place now and we are well aware there is a huge bias against African-Americans and their institutions. Oh well, I'm whining anyway :) Jacona (talk) 14:49, 3 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
