Unwarranted label placements[edit]

Please do not use labels such as "fact" and "weasel" without specific reference to WHAT you think is factish or weasley and how it may be resolved. It's easy to place labels but a lot more work to place accurate information. In the case of the speculation about Culver="P" the article explicitely says this is a speculation. I will remove the "Y" reference for 2nd Avenue because it is both unsourced and obviously hasn't happened, since the MTA has officially designated the 2nd Avenue service as "T". -- Cecropia 16:56, 23 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Use of sources for the two-digit bullets[edit]

I found that list confusing, because the sources listed are placed not after the existence of the bullet, but after the (I think) inference that we can guess at the intended route for those bullets. That's the information I thought the source was being used for when I removed the sources - I suggest we either move the sources back to be next to the thing they are referring to, and explain explicitly why there's an assumption about what trunk lines they're intended for - which is an assumption I've seen in a lot of pages with no solid references to really back up the multiple interpretations on varying articles.
