All Squadrons Designated VF-18

The article should start by mentioning that VF-18 was the designation, at one time or another, of multiple squadrons. It doesn't make sense to talk about only one. In particular, the first VF-18 was based on the USS Bunker Hill (CV-17), where it replaced VF-17, and was involved in all of the important actions of CV-17 throughout the war. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.100.27.173 (talk) 13:13, 6 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
