JAWA 1938 is a sound source for the specs, both landplane and seaplane, but has nothing to say on the difference between Tuisku I and II. Instead, it talks about Tuisku/T (military) and Tuisku/O (school). It mentions the possible fitting of a Lycoming R-680 without saying if this happened. Could do with help from Finnish speakers with their sources. The numbers don't quite add up, the serials suggesting 31 FAF machines rather than 30. Would the FAF serials have included (as some suggest) 2 prototypes as well as 13 Mk Is and 16 Mk IIs? Is there a ref for these numbers? Were any Tuisku/Os built?TSRL (talk) 21:57, 12 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
