This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because the subject, Victor Sheymov, is a nationally known personality with extensive background in intelligence, computer security and Russian affairs. He is also a prominent inventor and author holding more than 30 patents on computer security and related items. His company is in Wikipedia in a poorly constructed article with little background on Mr. Sheymov. I have attempted to meet the reference guidelines but still get an error message "Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page, but the references will not show without a {{Reflist}} template or a <references />tag; see the help page." which is extremely confusing since no specirfic reference is identified. Deletion would be inconsistent with your own stated policy.>. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cuchulainn57 (talkcontribs) 13:25, 6 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

For the second time I repeat regarding the significance of the subject that Victor Sheymov is a prolific inventor and patent holder of computer security innovations. As a former intelligence official with the Soviet KGB and defector to America in 1980 he was a major contributor to the counter intelligence community of the western nations. His story is well documented through numerous national appearances in media, both television and print, testimony before various Congressional committees, and speaking appearances. Since becoming a US citizen Mr. Sheymov has been active in the computer security industry with Invicta Networks and other endeavors that address the protection of national governmental and commercial data bases and communications as well as programs to protect children and teens from Internet predators. Several references regarding his intelligence and computer security efforts were added to the site and hundreds are available on the Internet through search engines. As an author, "Tower of Secrets", he has demonstrated the ability to document his experiences for others to share. Clearly he is a person of intense interest and his pioneering work in computer security is timely and may very well be vital to the future of national security and Internet commerce. This article should not be deleted.>. — — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cuchulainn57 (talkcontribs) 13:25, 6 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
