A quick skim through Google Search results for "Volkswagen T-Roc review" in Anglophone regions where the car was sold reveals the following:

  • The Independent call it a "car", a "compact SUV" and "actually a hatch on stilts".
  • The Sunday Times call it a "car" and a "jacked-up Golf".
  • The Irish Examiner call it a "car" and a "'compact' SUV".
  • Car Zone call it a "small SUV" and a "car".
  • The RAC call it a "compact SUV", a "hatch", a "hot hatch", a "cabriolet", and of course, a "car", while noting that "it's supposed to appeal to customers who want something larger than a supermini-based crossover".

I strongly agree, there's no way a 4.5m long SUV is a B-segment car.
Do the B-segment have an upper limit for length or wheelbase? SalvaStalker (talk) 21:13, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
T-roc is 4,236 long, not 4.5. Plenty of sources refer to it as a B-SUV and I could find no resource calling it a C-SUV, hence I will return it to this category:
