Disputed title
[edit]This article is not about the state song of Württemberg (see above). One of the references in the article simply refers to it by the first line, Von dir, o Vaterland, zu singen. There may be other titles. A search for "Württemberger Hymne" Lindpaintner -Wikipedia turns up only wikipedia mirrors with the exception of one result from Bayer Music Group, but this turns out to be a false positive, as the "Württemberger Hymne" there is not Lindpaintner's. Notability
[edit]Not clear that this article is notable under WP:GNG, WP:NMUSIC, or WP:NSONG. Note that Lindpaintner wrote only the music for it, but Friedrich Ritter (not this Friedrich Ritter) wrote the words. Other than lyrics sites, there seems to be very little about this in any language outside of brief or trivial mentions in music catalogs, like in Ernst Challier's grosser Lieder-Katalog.
The Lindpaintner articles in English and German don't mention it. Might be appropriate to transwikify an earlier version to Wikisource perhaps, but if it's just the lyrics, it should be identified with Ritter not Lindpaintner. Mathglot (talk) 10:44, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
