Merger with WGVL article

This is the longer article and it has more contributors, so I was thinking that those who contributed to the WGVL article could move their contributions here themselves. That's what I plan to do; most of the WGVL article is mine. I was not aware of the WQOK article.

It's all over but the deletion of the WGVL article and its talk page and the actual move of this article and its talk page to WGVL.
