digital subchannels[edit]

I've cited http://www.wvpt.net/about/newchannels.html which claims 11.x/21.x as virtual subchannel numbering for this station pair. According to the ATSC spec, this is incorrect - the base channel number should be based on the (former) analogue channel for the stations. Unfortunately, the station itself is a primary source so, absent any outside confirmation that the station is compliant with the ATSC numbering convention (which would yield 51.x as virtual channels) I'm going to have to take VPT at their word on this and leave 11.x in the subchannel list in the infobox. --66.102.80.212 (talk) 19:23, 19 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is wrong. I have watched both stations and both map to the analog channel numbers.

Observe in both captures the presence of the 51-1 and 42-1 mapping. TripEricson (talk) 21:25, 19 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
