Unsourced info

[edit]

The last paragraph is unsourced, possible original research. I contacted the original editor of the info, but he seems to have left Wikipedia. If anyone else can verify the info, please do. Otherwise I'm going to remove it at some point. Tapered (talk) 21:47, 10 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Which last paragraph? Drsruli (talk) 03:13, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It was removed in 2018.[1] GenuineArt (talk) 03:24, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Ah. There ought to be a paragraph about the subsequently composed lyrics for the song. Multiple sources exist for this. Drsruli (talk) 20:33, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Are you talking about the whole paragraph? I tried looking for the sources but I could only find this website which copied the text from this Wiki article. GenuineArt (talk) 03:13, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I recall that there previously had been a section in the article regarding the lyrics.

https://www.waybackattack.com/villagestompers.html

https://www.songlyrics.com/the-village-stompers/washington-square-lyrics/

https://www.rockol.com/uk/lyrics-91608038/chinese-man-feat-bionic-man-sound-washington-square

I had thought that the lyrics were added later, but the article above seems to indicate otherwise. Drsruli (talk) 04:03, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The B Side

[edit]

The B Side (of the single) was "The Poet and the Prophet". Drsruli (talk) 03:12, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
