Unpublished synthesis?

The fact that many sheriffs were corrupt is one thing. To make the conclusion that Wendenal, too, "may" have been corrupt and even "may" have been killed by a rebel peasant seems like a pretty far-fetched speculation. Since no source is cited for it, it looks like somebody's original research.--Anonymous44 (talk) 23:37, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
