Spanish editor needed

Hi - as part of WP:WPNN I have untagged this article for notability given some quick searches - it appears to me that the organization does have WP:SIGCOV but virtually all in Spanish and my Spanish is not good enough to directly improve the article (I mean, I could try, and may step in if nobody else does soon, but I think it would be most efficient for a more fluent Spanish editor to try first). There is a corresponding (albeit short) article on Spanish Wikipedia which I have tagged - this could be translated to provide some additional info as a starting point.
