Untitled

I'm not quite sure of the relevance of the 'School tables' in this article. This probably either needs to beextended into a full secgtion on education in the district (of low interest for a purely administrative area), or cut, and descriptinos of schools best left to the town and parish articles. Cleaning up

Red links look unsightly and in spite of the enthusiasm, they often anticipate new articles that are slow to emerge. I've tried to turn the schools into a usable list of Wiki links, but for the others it would be good to know if there is current progress.
