Date discrepancy

There is a discrepancy in dates somewhere.

The article lists the year of birth as 1964/65.

The article states that she moved to New York in 1993 (making her 28 or 29 at the time).

However, the New York Posts's own obituary states that she moved to New York in her 30s.

Where is the error?
