Features?
[edit]This article states a lot about the company's funding, but next to nothing about the product's features. I think there's room for improvement here... -- IByte (talk) 08:40, 6 April 2009 (UTC)
- Agreed, only the above is an understatement. What does the software DO? After reading the article three times in a row, you find yourself still standing at square one: no idea. Perhaps those who wrote the article would stop for a moment and consider that portion of humanity that have not used the program, ever? Good! --AVM (talk) 21:03, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
- "Xobni Insight plugs into Microsoft Outlook and offers fast search and people-based navigation of email archives." seems like all I need to know.—Kww(talk) 21:23, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
- Gee, I'm amazed at how many geniuses are out there! "People-based navigation"? What the heck does that mean? What exactly are "email archives"? And so on. Sorry, I guess the standard (non-genius) user needs, and deserves, to know a lot more than that. The article is lacking, period. In other words: it sucks, period. --21:09, 25 May 2009 (UTC)

- If you think *THIS* article sucks, you clearly haven't been reading Wikipedia long enough. ;-) Nameremoved82 (talk) 22:00, 11 January 2012 (UTC)
Cleanup
[edit]There's no lead, the EXT reviews should be either worked into article or cut, the Smartr products unbolded and copyedited/cut refs found, as it appears quite advertlike. Widefox; talk 16:03, 6 May 2013 (UTC)
