I've redirected the article to the band for the moment as the article about the person isn't even a stub - it just states they're a member of this group. Whilst (probably) notable as a member of the band, there is nothing to indicate individual notability for anything else, so imo, this article should remain a redirect until and unless the article about the person is expanded to a reasonable (even stub) level.
