I've added a number of inline citations. Please remove the flag from this page or tell me specifically what's wrong. This page is exceptionally well-reference, compared to many new biographical entries.

Also, it is unclear what may be wrong with the layout or formatting. What needs to change to merit removing the flag at the top?
