Article needs work[edit]

Fantastic that the article was created, but in it's current form it reads too much like the official company brochure than a factual article. The section headings of "Vision" and "Mission" don't help. There are too few references to support the material. Also, one of the external references is broken, and it's unclear why the others are included. I'll avoid editing (cos I don't know the subject matter), for now. Perhaps some more knowledgeable editors could give this article some attention? --HighKing (talk) 23:22, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've edited the article to remove unnecessary material such as the corporate objectives and some photos. I've also wikified several aspects such as headings, and created a reference from the link.

But the article still falls short on verifiable 3rd party sources for the information. See WP:V. I'm sure they must exist - could you spend a little time digging up references that are *not* primary sources - that is, they are not from the ZBTL website? I note your comment on my Talk page (same as here). I'll continue this discussion here, there's no point in having the discussion in 2 or 3 places. First off, you do not WP:OWN this article. I editted the page and started a discussion here. You reverted (twice), without an edit comment, and have avoided any discussion on the article Talk page. Also, I did not change any of the factual material, but rather the formatting and content type, so your comments about my lack of knowledge are irrelevant. Be are of WP:AGF. Also, all facts should be verifiable in reliable 3rd party sources as per WP:V, so lack of knowledge does not prevent editors from contributing constructively. --HighKing (talk) 15:59, 13 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You don't seem to get it. Wikipedia is not a soapbox, and you don't WP:OWN the article. I changed the article to make it less like a company brochure and more encyclopedic. I've asked for more references as per WP:V - I can dig them up myself but I asked you seeing as how you have worked so hard on the article. I cleaned up the headings and removed unnecessary photographs (we don't need to see how the building looks at night, or multiple pictures of the president, etc), and removed "Company objectives" and mission statements are they are not notable or necessary for this article. --HighKing (talk) 16:52, 13 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
