Teletalk Bangladesh Limited, whose brand name is 'Teletalk' (Bengali: টেলিটক) is the only state-owned GSM and 3G based mobile phone operator in Bangladesh that started operating in 2004.[1] As on August 31 2016, Teletalk has a subscriber base of 2.925 million.[2] Teletalk has total 25.2MHz spectrum on 900, 1800 and 2100 bands. Teletalk offers both prepaid and postpaid plans for its 3G and 2G users. Its prepaid plans include 'Agami', 'Bornomala' and 'Youth'. The operator also offers 3G broadband devices such as Flash MODEM, Flash Router and MiFi Router.

In terms of subscriber base, Teletalk places 4th after Grameenphone, Robi and Banglalink. The only mobile operator behind Teletalk is Citycell.
