Telecí is a municipality and village in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.
Telecí lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) west of Svitavy, 48 km (30 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 134 km (83 mi) east of Prague.
