• ... that a British mission met the Thanjavur Maratha ruler Raghunatha Nayak in 1624 to negotiate a trade agreement but later rejected the Nayak's offer of Karaikal due to the high rent demanded by him??

• It's been 15 days since my first message about this problem on the nominator's talk-page, and 7 days since my second message. The editor have been active on other parts of Wikipedia, so I think we should reject this. Mentoz86 (talk) 20:10, 21 August 2012 (UTC)
