Women's Image Network Awards

[edit]
  • ... that the Women's Image Network Awards is an awards show given since 1993 that honors supports the creation of positive images of women in film, television, and advertising?

Some rephrasing? I don't think you meant that the award show is itself given by "awards show given since 1993". Also honouring supporting creation is confusing. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 07:17, 9 October 2012 (UTC)
Oh my goodness, I must have been rushing this part. That's terrible writing. Let me try again:
ALT1: * ... that the Women's Image Network Awards are given annually to honor women in media and promote the creation of positive images of women in film, television, and advertising?
Better? Qwyrxian (talk) 09:20, 9 October 2012 (UTC)
Thats better! All things in the article also look good. But some more things would do it better.
The article itself never mentions that this is an American award. That needs to go in the article. Categories are good. Many of the currently used sources have noted many recipients of the awards. All of those should be mentioned. You may make a yearwise list or category-wise or any other way you find good. Award winners from 1999 are available on the official site itself. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 11:24, 9 October 2012 (UTC)
Ah, yes, I'll add the American point. I intentionally chose not to add the list of winners--I think that said list would vastly overburden the small amount of reliably sourced info available. Instead, as long as this survives long enough to pass DYK, I'll make a spin-off article with just the awards. Qwyrxian (talk) 11:31, 9 October 2012 (UTC)
Yeah! Spin-off would also do.
ALT1 good to go for now. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 03:09, 10 October 2012 (UTC)
