• @Launchballer: thanks for making the promotion, but leaving me a bon mot in the comments was somewhat bizarre. When you say, "I would have suggested getting rid of 'might have' altogether," yeah I see that makes sense. However, as I couldn't read all the sources, being ambiguous made sense. @Piotrus and Yakikaki: what do you think of this hook:
