Done I used slightly different code that still populates the old parent categories if the "Educational organizations {{{action}}}ed in {{{year}}}" category doesn't exist, such as Category:Educational institutions established in 1700. * Pppery * it has begun... 16:43, 1 January 2022 (UTC)
